How do I create a new folder to store email in?

To create a new folder, select the “Folders” link at the top of the page. This will bring you to your folders administration page. On this page you will see a category labeled “Create a New Mailbox”. By Mailbox we mean Folder. Simply type in the name of the folder you would like to create and press the “Add Folder” button. Your new folder should now be created and listed in the “Mailbox Name” section of the folders administration page.

| How do I remove a folder I no longer need?

To remove a folder you no longer want, select the “Folders” link at the top of the page to be taken to your folders administration page. Once there you should see your folders listed under the “Mailbox Name” category. To the right hand side of the folder you no longer want you will see an image that resembles a trash can. Select the trash can and you should be asked to verify the removal through an alert box. Select OK to remove it. You should no longer see the folder listed.

| How do I find out the size of a folder so I know how much email I have?

Through the folders administration page you are able to see the size of each folder, enabling you to discover how much email you currently have in your mailbox. To view this information select the “Folders” link at the top of page to be directed to the folders administration page. Here you will see the “Mailbox Name” category. Listed will be each folder, the number of email messages in each folder, as well as the total size of each folder.
