These numbers will vary according to your internet plan. Click here to see the limitations for each internet plan.

What does this information mean?

  • First column:         username or first part of the CableONE email address.
  • Second column:    maximum amount of storage space for the mailbox.
  • Third column:        total size of all messages currently in the mailbox.
  • Fourth column:      maximum number of messages that can be stored on the mail servers
  • Fifth column:         total number of all messages currently in the mailbox.

What happens if I go over or exceed those numbers?

  • If you exceed the limits for your e-mail address, it will cause your mailbox to become "full". At that point, new e-mail messages sent to your email address will be returned to the sender as undeliverable. Once the mailbox returns to within limits, it will again automatically accept new e-mails.
