What Cable Modem trouble shooting steps can you do?
Reboot then troubleshoot the coax cable line leading to your Cable Modem

This step resolves many issues
Step TWO: Double check sure all cable fittings are nice and snug. Make sure the cable lines are not frayed or damaged in any way. Remove any splitters if possible.
Step THREE: If possible as a diagnostic tool, move just your modem to another cable wall outlet. To see if the current wall outlet is at fault.
