The following steps will guide you in the reset all Internet
Explorer settings back to their original values.
This will not remove any items from your "Favorites" list. WARNING: You will erase any and all saved usernames and passwords. For instruction on how to reset your browser without erasing usernames and passwords click here. |

Still under the first tab, General / TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES, Now click on DELETE FILES... 
A small window will appear. Place a check in the box in front of DELETE ALL OFFLINE CONTENT. Then click OK. The small window will disappear. |
