| Call Waiting allows a user to be notified of an incoming call when they are on the phone. |

| Feature is on by default and should be active - no manual intervention is needed. |

- Feature can be removed from line for all calls via web portal OR
- Feature can be turned off on a per call basis by going off hook and dialing *70.
