| Activation Instructions: |

| Step 1: |
| Pick up the phone to verify dial tone. |
|
| Step 2: |
| Dial *67 |
|
| Step 3: |
| Verify confirmation dial tone received |
|
| Step 4: |
| Dial telephone number as you normally would. |
|
| Note: |
- This feature works on a per call basis. Once the call is disconnected, you will need to repeat steps 1-4 for any additional calls. Feature can also be activated via web portal.
