| What is Call Forwarding? |
| Call Forwarding allows a user to forward their home number to ring at another location. |

| Activation Instructions: |
|
| Step 1: |
| Pick up phone to verify dial tone |
|
| Step 2: |
| Dial *72 |
|
| Step 3: |
| Verify confirmation dial tone is received. |
|
| Step 4: |
| Dial telephone number calls are being forwarded to as you would normally dial it (Include 1 for long distance numbers, etc.) |
|
| Step 5: |
| Verify confirmation dial tone is received and hang up. |
|
| Step 6: |
| When calling party dials your home number, it will ring once and then forward to the number programmed. |

| Note: |
- To deactivate feature, follow steps 1 - 3 but use *73 instead.
