| In-Browser Notifications for Economy Level Service |

| In order to assist our Economy Level Subscribers in monitoring monthly bandwidth allocation, Cable ONE has instituted the In-Browser Notification system. By using this system you will automatically receive browser based notices when you have used 75%, 95% and 100% of your monthly allocated bandwidth. The three types of notifications and opt-out procedures are listed below. |

| Notice 1: 75% of Allocation Used |
| When you have used 75% of your monthly (same as billing cycle) bandwidth allocation, an automated notice will be displayed through your web browser. Once you have read the message, simply click Close Message to disable the notice for the remainder of that month. (View Screenshot) |

| Notice 2: 95% of Allocation Used |
| When you have used 95% of your monthly (same as billing cycle) bandwidth allocation, an automated second notice will be displayed through your web browser. Once you have read the message, simply click Close Message to disable the notice for the remainder of that month. (View Screenshot) |

| Notice 3: 100% of Allocation Used |
When you have used all (100%) of your monthly (same as billing cycle) bandwidth allocation, an automated third notice will be displayed through your web browser. This notice specifies that an additional 1 Gigabyte (GB) of bandwidth has been automatically allocated to your subscription and a $10 charge has been added to your bill. Selecting Close Message will temporarily disable the notice.
This message will automatically display each time an additional 1 Gigabyte (GB) of allocated bandwidth needs to be added to your subscription.

| Modify Alert Settings (Opt-Out): |
If you choose not to use the above mentioned process, you have the capabilities to disable the 75% and 95% (Notice 1 & 2 mentioned above) In-Browser Notifications. To perform this action, follow the steps below:- Visit MyAccount.CableONE.Net
- Login with your Cable ONE Username and Password
- Select the link at the top of the page labeled “Notifications"
- Select Never Warn from the row labeled Notice of Allocation Usage at 75% and 95%
- Select the Submit Changes button at the bottom of the screen
In performing the above actions you will no longer receive notifications, for all billing cycles, when your allocated bandwidth reaches 75% and 95% utilized unless you visit My Account once more and modify the setting.
In order to properly make you aware of the $10 charge added to your bill for an additional 1 Gigabyte (GB) of bandwidth, the Notice of Allocation Usage exceeded is required and cannot be modified.(View Screenshot) |
