| Type in CableONE for the ISP Name and click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |

| Type in the phone number 1-602-340-1800 and click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |

| Select if you would like anyone who access your computer to use the dial-up connection or just yourself and click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |

| Type in your Cable ONE Username (your email address minus @cableone.net) and password. Uncheck to Make this the default Internet connection and click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |
