| Step 1: |
| Click on the Start button. Arrow over Settings and select Control Panel. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 2: |
| Right click on your connection to CableONE.Net (it may have various names) and then click on Properties. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 3: |
| A new window will appear. Under the General tab make sure the proper phone number is displayed and leave Use Dialing Rules unchecked. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 4: |
Select the Options tab and verify the following items are checked:- Display progress while connecting
- Prompt for name and password, certificate, etc.
- Prompt for phone number
- Redial if line is dropped

| Step 5: |
| Select the Security tab and verify that Security Options is set to Typical with Allow unsecured password listed in the drop down box. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 6: |
Select the Networking tab and verify the following:- PPP is selected for Type of dial-up server
- Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is checked
- QoS Packet Scheduler is checked

| Select the Advanced tab and verify that no boxes are checked except the ones greyed out. Click OK to close the window. (View Screenshot) |
