| Step 1: |
| Click on the Apple Icon in the upper left. Slide your mouse down and click on Control Panels. Slide you mouse over then down and click on Remote Access (It may also be entitled PPP). |

Enter the following information:- Make sure Registered User is selected
- Enter your Cable ONE Username (Your Cable ONE Email Address minus @cableone.net)
- Enter your Cable ONE Password
- Select the Save Password box
- Enter the phone number 1-602-340-1800

Click the Options button and verify the following boxes are checked under the Protocol tab:- Connect automatically when starting TCP/IP applications
- Allow error correction and compression in modem
- Use TCP header compression

| To connect, click OK to close the Options window and click the Connect button within the Remote Access window. (View Screenshot) |
