Step 1:
Reboot your Cable Modem like a Pro. Click here to see how.
Step 2:
Double check that all cable fittings are nice and snug. Make sure the cable lines are not frayed or damaged in any way. Remove any splitters if possible.
Step 3:
If possible, as a diagnostic tool, move just your modem to another cable wall outlet to see if the current wall outlet is at fault.
