| Troubleshooting: Release / Renew IP Address |

| Windows XP / Windows 2000: |
- Click the Start button
- Click on Run
- Type CMD and press the OK button. This will open the Command Window.
- Type ipconfig /release and hit the enter key on your keyboard.
- When you get the blinking cursor back, type in ipconfig /renew and hit the enter key on your keyboard.
- You can now close the window by clicking the X in the upper right corner.

| Windows 98 / Windows ME: |
- Click the Start button
- Click on Run
- Type winipcfg and click OK. This will open the IP Configuration window.
- Click the Release All button.
- Click the Renew All button.
- You can now close the window by clicking the X in the upper right corner.

| Macintosh: |
- Click on the Apple icon in the upper left.
- Slide your mouse down and click on Control Panels
- Slide your mouse over then down and click on TCP/IP.
- Click on the Options button located in the lower right.
- To Release your IP Address click Inactive and then click OK. Close the TCP/IP Window to save the changes.
- To Renew your IP Address click Active and then click OK. Close the TCP/IP Window to save the changes.
