| Creating a Username Without Internet Service |

| Step 1: |
| Point your browser to the CableONE.Net Registration page located at: MySignup.cableone.net.Click on the Click here to finish registration link. (View Screenshot) |

| Enter the Cable ONE account number found on your bill. Click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |
|
|
|
| Step 3: |
| Enter the Cable ONE Username you would like to register. Enter a password within both password boxes. Select your password reset question of your choice and enter your personal answer to the question. Click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |

| Enter an existing email address that we can tie to your new Cable ONE Username (Example: Gmail, Yahoo or MSN) and click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |

| Verify the information is correct and click Create Username to complete the process. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 6: |
| You will be presented with the final page letting you know your new Cable ONE Username has been created and is available for use. (View Screenshot) |
