| Going through Registration Again (Existing User) |

On occasion, Cable ONE will require a Subscriber to complete the registration process more than once. This is usually required due to a change to your High Speed Internet Account. Below are a couple examples of when this may occur:
- You are changing to a new Cable Modem
- You have changed to a contract plan and need to electronically agree to the new contract

| With your new Cable ONE Cable Modem properly connected, point your browser to the CableONE.Net Registration page located at: Signup.cableone.net. Select the Existing Users Click Here button to continue. (View Screenshot) |

| The next screen will present some basic information on what this process can accomplish. Click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 3: |
| On the next screen we need to verify your account information. Enter the parent Username and Password associated with your existing account. Click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 4: |
| With your account information verified, the next page will display what Cable ONE requires. This could be a contract you need to agree to or a display of the new Cable Modem MAC Address we are going to tie to your Cable ONE Account. For these instructions we will be changing to a new Cable Modem. Verify the MAC Address displayed is correct and click Next to continue. (View Screenshot) |

| Click Accept Updates to complete the change. (View Screenshot) |

| Follow the instructions on the page to properly reboot your Cable Modem and computer, enabling access to the Internet. (View Screenshot) |
