| Troubleshooting: Reboot Like A Pro |

| Step 1: |
| Power down and turn off your computer, this also includes other computers and or routers. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 2: |
Cable Modem Power Off:
- Cable ONE Phone Customers:
- Do NOT unplug the power. Press the reset button on the back of the Cable Modem.
- Cable ONE Customers Without Phone:
- Unplug the power from the Cable Modem. If applicable, do NOT use the Power/Standby button on top of the modem.

| Step 3: |
Cable Modem Power On:- Cable ONE Phone Customers:
- No action is required as the Cable Modem should not have been unplugged from the wall outlet.
- Cable ONE Customers Without Phone:
- After the lights go out on the Cable Modem, count to 5 then plug the power back in.

| Wait until the "Cable" light goes solid, depending on the type of modem there may not be a designated "Cable" light. (View Screenshot) |
