| Step 1: |
| Click on start and choose control panel. (View Screenshot) |

| Click on Network and Internet. If your control panel does not look like the below expandable image, select Control Panel Home from the left hand menu. (View Screenshot) |

| From the control panel select network and sharing center. (View Screenshot) |

| On the left hand side of network and sharing center choose manage network connections. (View Screenshot) |

| In your network connections box there should be a local area connection. Right click the connection and choose properties. (View Screenshot) |

| From the properties menu select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and choose the properties option. (View Screenshot) |
