| DMCA stands for Digital Millennium Copyright Act. This is a law enacted by Congress to protect the rights of copyright holders such as musicians, movie companies, etc. |

| Why was my Internet service shut off? |
| A formal DMCA complaint was sent to Cable One regarding your account and to comply with DMCA standards Cable One must disable and/or remove access to the infringing material. Please read the complaint, delivered to your primary Cable ONE email address, for a description of the alleged infringement. This information will help you complete the counter notice. |

| How do I get my service turned back on? |
- First DMCA Complaint
- Remove access to the copyrighted material
- If you have a wireless connection, verify it is properly secured
- Call the Cable ONE Solutions Center at 1-877-692-2253
- Second DMCA Complaint
- Remove access to the copyrighted material
- If you have a wireless connection, verify it is properly secured
- Cable ONE may suspend your service for up to 10 days while our legal department reviews activity related to your account. Complete and fax the below form to Cable ONE (1-602-277-5078):

- Third DMCA Complaint
- Remove access to the copyrighted material
- If you have a wireless connection, verify it is properly secured
- Cable ONE may suspend your service for 10 days or more while our legal department reviews activity related to your account. Call your local office and request to speak with the Internet Business Manager or General Manager
- Fourth DMCA Complaint
- Cable ONE may suspend your account permanently. The Cable ONE Legal Department will review these on a case by case basis

| How can I get a copy of the DMCA Complaint? |
| A copy of the complaint has been emailed to your primary Cable ONE email address. You can access your email by visiting http://mymail.cableone.net. |

| How do I dispute the complaint? |
| To dispute the complaint you will need to contact the complainant directly. The contact information for the complainant is listed in the complaint itself which has been emailed to your primary Cable ONE email address. If you are unable to access your email, you can contact the Cable ONE Solutions Center at 1-877-692-2253 and request this information. |
