| Reset of Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (Manual) |

The following steps will guide you in the removing of all Internet Explorer Cookies and Temporary Internet Files form your computer. This will not remove any items from your "Favorites" list. WARNING: This process may erase some saved usernames and passwords. |

| Step 1: |
| Open Internet Explorer 7. Click on Tools across the top, slide your mouse down and click on Internet Options. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 2: |
| A new window will appear. In the general tab click on delete under the Browsing History section. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 3: |
| A new window will appear. From the delete browsing history menu click on delete files to remove your cache and delete cookies to remove your cookies. Once deleted, click the Close button to close the window. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 4: |
| Select the Security tab. Select each of the four icons (zones) individually and click the default level option for each. If the default level button is not highlighted it means the zone is already at default settings. (View Screenshot) |

| Click the privacy tab and click the default level button. If the button is not highlighted it means the zone is already at default. (View Screenshot) |

| Click the content tab and make sure the content advisor does not say disable. (View Screenshot) |

| Step 7: |
| In the connections tab look in the large white box. If you see anything in here make sure the Never dial a connection option below it is checked. Next click on the LAN settings button at the bottom. (View Screenshot) |

| A new window will appear. Make sure nothing aside from Automatically detect settings is checked. Click OK to close the window. (View Screenshot) |

| Click on the Advanced tab and choose the Restore Advanced Settings button. To finish, click Apply and OK at the bottom of the screen. (View Screenshot) |
