[Digital Cable] Tiling/Freezing
	Step 1:
	Verify the coaxial cable between the outlet and digital receiver is secure by removing each end of the connection and then reconnecting it tightly.
	Step 2:
	Unplug the power to the digital receiver for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
